Summer Office Hours – IDS Office (June–August)
- Office hours: Wednesdays, 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–14:00
- In July and August, the IDS office will be temporarily relocated to NB 271 due to heating system reconstruction.
- The office will not be accessible on other weekdays over the summer due to construction works in the hallway – in-person visits are possible only on Wednesdays at the temporary office.
- Some Wednesdays may be cancelled due to vacation – always check the InSIS page of the IDS coordinator for updates.
- Email, phone, and online consultations remain available during regular working hours, except during vacation.
Students can obtain a PDF version of the study confirmation for the current semester online with an electronic signature, the study progress confirmation, and the transcript of records with a digital signature (instruction in students’ intranet here). Students can also book a specific date and time for a consultation.
