IDS Office Hours
During July and August, online meetings are available by prior arrangement via email at ids@vse.cz. Regular office hours will resume in September 2026.
Students can generate standard study confirmations themselves online, including a PDF version of the study confirmation for the current semester with an electronic signature (instructions in the students’ intranet).
For visa-related purposes, however, students are required to visit the IDS Office (NB 267) in person.
Students can also generate a study progress confirmation and an overview of completed courses and grades with a digital signature (for information purposes; this is not an official Transcript of Records). Go to InSIS -> Student’s Portal -> My college -> Print documents, and select among “Print electronically sealed documents”.
