Where can I find my e-diploma?

In InSIS, under Repository. You can download the documents or keep them stored in the system. Access to InSIS remains active after graduation. If you lose access, the Helpdesk can help you reset your login details.

How long is the e-diploma valid?

The e-documents are signed electronically by the Dean and Rector. The current timestamp is valid until 13 October 2030. After that:

• you may request an e-duplicate signed by current university officials
• or a new e-diploma (similar to getting a new ID after expiration)
• or add a new timestamp (if such service is available).

Is the e-diploma an official document?

Yes. It is a full-fledged official document, typically accepted across the EU. For use abroad, legalisation (apostille or higher verification) may be required. The e-diploma can be used for this purpose.

Conversion via CzechPoint is generally not necessary.
