Admissions Update and New Student Info

Mandatory Registration: In-person registration will be in the week of 5th – 9th February, 2025. Classes start on Monday, February 17th, 2025.
Tuition Fee Payments: Tuition fees should be paid according to the instructions in the respective student’s Study Financing section in their Student Portal. Do not make payments to any other VSE accounts!
Wifi Connection: Set up your wifi connection before coming to campus. Follow the step-by-step guide.

University ID Card: Once you are duly registered, you will need a university ID card for access to campus and some classrooms. You can order a VSE ID card with an ISIC combination online.
Multi-Factor Authentication: Prepare to use Multi-Factor Authentication for the student system InSIS. Refer to the Multi-Factor Authentication guide and FAQ.
Library Manual: Access the Library Manual for information on using the university library.
Evaluation of Previous Education: If you received your previous education outside of the Czech Republic, our legal department must evaluate your school-leaving certificates or university diplomas. Visit https://edu.vse.cz/ to ensure your education undergoes this process. Do not provide originals; submit authorized photocopies, as all documents submitted will remain with VSE.
Dormitory Information: If you are moving into the dormitory, check the information on what is needed. (The moving-in should be on weekdays during office hours. If your arrival is outside office hours, you should contact your dormitory manager in advance – Dormitories. – *source accomodation.vse.cz)
