Tuition fee
The tuition fee per academic year is 5,000 EUR. The fee is automatically split into semester payments (2,500 EUR per semester). In exceptional cases, the tuition fee may be further divided upon request via the InSIS Contact Center (General Query – Tuition Fee Split).
Tuition fees should be paid according to the instructions in the respective student’s Study Financing section in their Student Portal. Do not make payments to any other VSE accounts!
Important:
Note for receiver: Please insert the Variable Symbol, which is a unique code that changes every semester (available in InSIS in your Study Financing section), along with your name and surname. This helps us identify and pair your payment with your InSIS profile.
All charges are to the sender’s account.
Tuition fee payment in CZK instead of EUR:
If you wish to make a transfer in the CZK, you must calculate the amount using the exchange rate specified by the university. This is the only acceptable exchange rate.
Students of English-taught programmes have the option to pay tuition fees in both Euros and Czech crowns. Payments will be made to the school account in CZK. For bank transfers or deposits at the branch, some students may find it convenient to pay directly in CZK. In this case, you must use the exchange rate updated quarterly by the VSE’s Economic Department (EO), which is listed on the EO website, see exchange rate specified by the university. Students and applicants have the link listed directly next to the payment details in InSIS.
