Tuition Fee Payments
Tuition fees must be paid according to the instructions in the Study Financing section of each student’s Student Portal. Do not make payments to any other VŠE accounts!

University ID Card
Once registered, you will need a university ID card for campus access and certain classrooms. You can order a VŠE ID card with an ISIC combination online. The photo must meet specific requirements.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Be prepared to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the student system InSIS.

Evaluation of Previous Education
If you obtained your previous education outside the Czech Republic, your school-leaving certificate or university diploma must be evaluated by our legal department. This process is handled via your e-Application.
Dormitory Information
If you are applying for dormitory accommodation, check the relevant guidelines:
- Move-in should take place on weekdays during office hours.
- If you arrive outside office hours, contact your dormitory manager in advance.
- Apply for accommodation at iskam-web.vse.cz.
