IDS Office Hours

We’re here for you on Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00–11:30 and 13:00–14:00 (January 5 – May 17, 2026).

Office closed 13.5.-15.5.2026 and 29.6.-10.7.2026.

Students can generate standard study confirmations themselves online, including a PDF version of the study confirmation for the current semester with an electronic signature (instructions in the students’ intranet).

For visa-related purposes, however, students are required to visit the IDS Office (NB 267) in person.

Students can also generate a study progress confirmation and an overview of completed courses and grades with a digital signature (for information purposes; this is not an official Transcript of Records).

Go to InSIS -> Student’s Portal -> My college -> Print documents, and select among “Print electronically sealed documents”.

Students can also book a specific date and time for a consultation.
